PROGRAM MODALITIES

Sacred Turtle Woman Healing Centre provides specialized program modalities that are designed with the individual needs of each resident. In keeping with this awareness, we offer three (3) distinct programs: 

Designed to assist men and women 18 years of age and older who have experienced difficulty sustaining sobriety/ removing themselves from gang affiliation/ no stable housing options/ needing ceremony connection and time to breathe before going back to home community while on parole (this can be extended if needed) 

Designed for men and women 18 years of age and older who have completed a detox program and are looking to stabilize their recovery before going back to their home community (this can be extended if needed)  

Specifically designed for those individuals 18 years of age and older who are looking for purpose and meaning in their lives while in recovery. The program helps integrate culture into their daily lives while addressing basic needs such as housing, health, employment and community supports (This can be extended if needed) 

Residents of the Sacred Turtle Woman Healing Centre will work through each program learning to integrate culture into their daily lives, create relapse prevention strategies and safety plans, and aftercare recovery tools.
