PRESIDENT, JPL Holdings

Jason Lucas, President of JPL Holdings and a distinguished member of the Moosomin Cree First Nation in Saskatchewan, Canada, with roots in Edmonton, Alberta. He initiated his career by establishing a successful company specializing in upscale interior fabrication for prestigious establishments like hotels, restaurants, and luxury furniture lines. Notable projects include the Time Warner building, HardRock, W Hotel, and upscale furniture installations in Vancouver and Toronto.

Later, in New York City, Jason founded a development firm on Wall Street, excelling in investor attraction and project orchestration benefiting American Tribes  in the USA and First Nation in Canada. His expertise ranges from residential design to lucrative Casino Resort Developments.

Transitioning to the role of Vice President at Triple Five Group of Companies for over 15 years , Jason spearheaded the development of investment groups for Canadian First Nations and American Tribes in oil and gas, mining, residential, and mixed-use project, globally. He directly reported to the Chairman of the Board, overseeing iconic ventures like West Edmonton Mall, Mall of America, and American Dream.

Presently, Jason leads a highly skilled team of seasoned professionals at JPL Holdings. Established in 2020, this visionary entity is primarily focused on the development of Canada's Green Energy Corridor (Hydrogen and Gas). These initiatives are aimed at strategic exportation to global markets. Jason's vast experience spanning three decades has enabled him to cultivate robust international relationships with governments, financiers, and professionals across the globe, propelling JPL Holdings towards unparalleled achievements. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, JPL Holdings continues to expand its network of professionals and enterprises globally, effectively executing diverse projects ranging from technology, energy, mixed-use residential and entertainment developments to mega infrastructure endeavours.

Hon. Justice  Fitzpatrick received a Bachelor of Arts from the University  of Western Ontario in 1990 and a Bachelor of Laws from the  University of Windsor in 1993. He was admitted to the Bar of Ontario  in 1995.

Mr. Justice  Fitzpatrick has been a partner with Furlong  Collins Fitzpatrick since 1999. He  was an associate with Robert  Anagnostopoulis Law Offices in Waterloo from 1995  to 1999 and with  Kearns McKinnon (now Miller Thomson) in Guelph from 1993 to  1994. His  main areas of practice were family law, and civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Justice  Fitzpatrick has been a member of the Halton  County Law Association since 1995.  Since 2007, he has been with the  Lawyer Mentoring Program of the Law Society of  Upper Canada and Milton District High School. He has been a volunteer with the Canadian  Mental Health Association in Milton  since 2005.

St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton

  Dr. Dave Fudge, a  distinguished medical professional renowned for his expertise in  psychiatry, embarked on his journey with a Bachelor of Science in  Biology (H) and a minor in Cultural Anthropology from Dalhousie  University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, showcasing his deep-rooted interest  in both science and the human condition.
In  2011, Dr. Fudge earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Dalhousie  University, affirming his unwavering commitment to the field of  medicine. During his Residency at McMaster University Department of  Psychiatry & Behavioural Neurosciences in Hamilton, Ontario, he  underwent rigorous psychiatric training.        

Since  2016, Dr. Fudge has been a Staff Physician specializing in Medical and  Neuropsychiatry at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and Hamilton Health  Sciences. He provides expert psychiatric consultation across multiple  hospitals, including St. Joseph's, Hamilton General, and Juravinski.        

 
Within  the Acute Mental Health unit at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Dr.  Fudge delivers diagnoses, treatments, and daily clinical management for  psychiatric ward patients. He also plays a crucial role as a  Psychiatrist in the Dual Diagnosis Program, addressing the psychiatric  needs of adults with neurodevelopmental disorders.                                 
Dr.  Fudge serves as the Medical Lead in the Psychiatric Emergency  Department at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, overseeing clinical and  administrative matters, managing complex cases, and collaborating  closely with hospital administration. Since  2020, he has held the role of Investigative Coroner for the Province of  Ontario, conducting thorough investigations into unnatural deaths and  maintaining transparent communication with families, law enforcement,  and the legal system.   

     
Dr.  Fudge's philanthropic endeavors include active involvement in over five  social programs dedicated to healthcare, social support, and  fundraising. He is highly respected as an educator, mentor, and lecturer  in renowned universities and medical associations. His prolific  research, boasting over 15 publications, has earned numerous awards,  underscoring his enduring dedication to health and psychiatry.

Joseph Brant is Vice President of  Business Development at JPL Holdings and with Grand River Enterprises. With his skills of Leadership, Public Speaking, Sales and more, Joseph Brant contributes valuable insights to the industry.

Banff Hospitality Collective

Shane Chartrand grew up in rural Canada between Calgary and Edmonton. His adoptive father taught him to hunt, fish, and respect his indigenous Enoch Cree Nation roots. Chartrand got his professional start when he was 14, washing dishes at a “dive” and working his way onto the line by 17 when he decided to move to Edmonton. After graduating from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, he ran franchise restaurants but didn’t find it particularly soul-satisfying. Chartrand changed courses, honing his craft at some of Edmonton’s best restaurants: Hotel McDonald, Sutton Place, and Union Bank. As Chartrand ascended the culinary ranks, he also became involved in the community. He’s an advocate for such charities as Make-a-Wish and the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. Chartrand also teaches cooking classes to indigenous youth and is a member of the Alberta Ate Chef Collaborative. He has also appeared on Food Network shows including Iron Chef Canada, Wall of Chefs and Chopped Canada.

Steven Fletcher works tirelessly for  the people of Manitoba. Our province and our country helped Steven to  live and to heal after a traumatic automobile collision with a moose. He  was 23. It is through public service where Steven has dedicated his  life to repay society for everything that society has allowed him to  achieve.

At the age of 32, Steven Fletcher was elected to the Parliament of  Canada in June of 2004 in the west Winnipeg riding of Charleswood – St.  James – Assiniboia – Headingley.

He served 4 terms as a Member of Parliament (2004 – 2015) including 5  years in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Stephen Harper. In his 11 years  as MP and/or Cabinet Minister, Steven played many key roles in the  formation of the framework for many of our most cherished social and  economic programs.

 Steven received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal on December 17, 2002, for his contributions to society and advocacy work

Bill is a co-founder of Sacred Turtle Woman Healing Centre and serves as the CEO. 

He is also the Executive Director 

for JPL Holdings.

Bill has extensive business experience having founded and operated an international consulting businesses in Canada, USA, and in the Caribbean serving his clientele of governments, legal

services, international banks, airlines, real estate development, energy development and the financial community globally.
